I haven’t posted in a month, so figured I would update on two fun things I’ve gotten watch\u00a0while here – a drag show and a concert!<\/p>\n

I met another exchange student at the airport when I arrived and as we were talking she mentioned that she might be going to see Kim Chi<\/a> in a few days, and being a fan of RuPaul’s Drag Race<\/a> (and my little sister being a huge fan too) I knew I had to go. This is not a chance you really get in New Zealand!<\/p>\n

The event itself was held at Neon Milk<\/a> SKRT in Itaewon. It’s not that big of a venue and there was a line winding around the corner when we arrived. We hadn’t bought tickets so were a bit nervous about our chances of getting in. Luckily we did! But it was a sold out show, so I’m glad we went early.<\/p>\n
